Marketing Coordinator

Duties and responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Prepare campaign briefs containing objectives, target audience, key messages, deliverables, budget, and timelines.
• Prepare and maintain the social media content calendar for assigned brands and business units.
• Write captions, promotional copy, campaign mechanics, and content briefs
• Assist in planning and coordinating grand openings, product launches, exhibits, trade events, branch promotions, and other activities.
• Coordinate with sales teams, branches, and business-unit representatives regarding their markeing requirements.
• Maintain a tracker for marketing requests, campaign deliverables, production status, and deadlines.
• Schedule marketing meetings and prepare agendas, notes, and action items.
• Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by the sales and marketing head or management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in marketing, social media, events, sales support, or project coordination is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong organizational and communication skills may be considered.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and other digital platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and project-management tools is an advantage.
• Willing to travel to branches, events, and project locations when required.
