Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic marketing and administration expert to join our award-winning Real Estate agency. Our office is in the Inner West of Sydney, and wildly recognized as the leading Real Estate office in the local area & the winner of consecutive “Office Marketing Excellence” award at the yearly network state awards.

The role will have a strong focus on the marketing, promotion and operations of the office working alongside the directors, sales, property management and administration teams.

The key responsibilities of the role are:

• Manage the office’s social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, and Google
• Website management, creating CMS content, and monitoring performance statistics
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns and property campaigns
• Ensuring real estate portals are kept up to date and are professionally presented
• Liaise with suppliers, account managers, and community organisations
• Manage marketing invoicing and collection of VPA
• Organise our monthly-in room auction events and ensure they run smoothly
• Actively look for efficient technology that can help us achieve excellent outcomes

The successful candidate will be:

• Meticulous with exceptional attention to detail and follow up skills
• Passionate about marketing with a keen interest in social media and digital marketing
• Tech savvy and very familiar with the Office 365 suite of products
• Highly organised and able to independently prioritise tasks and responsibilities
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Professional friendly personality and willingness to help the team
• Previous real estate experience not required but will be a huge plus!
