Marketing Coordinator

Sydney based | Work from home | Full-time

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team, working across three of our brands – James Lane, Sleeping Giant and Elme Living.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants broad, hands-on experience across retail, eCommerce and brand marketing.

You don’t need years of experience. We’re looking for someone with a great attitude, strong attention to detail and a genuine willingness to get involved, learn quickly and make things happen.

The Role

Working closely with the wider marketing and creative teams, you’ll help coordinate the day-to-day marketing activity across our brands.

No two weeks will look exactly the same. You could be helping coordinate a new product launch, briefing an email campaign, updating promotional activity, organising content, supporting a new store opening or working with different teams across the business to bring a campaign to life.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional activity across James Lane, Sleeping Giant and Elme Living
• Assisting with email marketing campaigns, including briefs, content and scheduling
• Supporting new product launches, seasonal campaigns and key retail events
• Coordinating marketing assets and content across digital channels
• Assisting with website content and promotional updates
• Supporting social media and influencer activity
• Helping coordinate photography, content and creative requirements
• Liaising with our creative, digital, eCommerce, buying and retail teams
• Supporting new store openings and local area marketing
• Maintaining marketing calendars, timelines and campaign documentation
• Assisting with reporting and general marketing administration
• Jumping in wherever needed to help the team deliver great work

About You

This role would suit a junior marketer or recent graduate looking to build their career in a fast-moving retail environment.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is proactive and happy to take ownership of tasks
• Is highly organised and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• Has excellent attention to detail
• Communicates clearly and confidently
• Is comfortable working independently in a work-from-home environment
• Has a genuine interest in marketing, brands, interiors, retail or eCommerce
• Is keen to learn and isn’t afraid to ask questions or have a go
• Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team

A marketing, communications or related qualification is preferred, but attitude, initiative and potential are just as important to us.

Previous marketing experience – whether through an internship, graduate role or junior marketing position – would be an advantage.
