What they need

Brand, Content & Growth-Focused RoleAbout Kee Hart Marketing

Kee Hart Marketing specializes in helping home service trades companies build their online presence, foster meaningful relationships with customers, and achieve long-term growth through strategic, results-driven marketing.

We are not looking for someone who simply checks tasks off a list.

We are building a team of proactive, strategic Account Managers who create exceptional client experiences, lead with confidence, and become trusted advisors to the businesses we serve.

Internally, we operate using EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), giving our team clear accountability, structure, and growth opportunities.

Our Core ValuesThe Fix-It Mindset

We don’t dwell on problems, we solve them. We always ask, “How can we make this happen?” We take a realistic and strategic approach, ensuring solutions are not just creative but also practical and effective for our clients. We identify root problems and develop actionable, results-driven solutions that keep businesses moving forward.

Own Your Role, Elevate the Team

We believe every team member should work with accountability, discipline, and focus. We support one another, communicate openly, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. We are collaborative, action-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence for both our clients and each other.

Curious, Bold, and Always Evolving

We challenge the status quo and continuously seek ways to improve. We stay educated on trends, test new ideas, and adapt quickly to create innovative solutions for clients and our team. We embrace creativity, strategic thinking, and growth in both business and life.

Built on Trust, Driven by Integrity

Trust is everything. We value honesty, transparency, and accountability… even when conversations are uncomfortable. We believe in open communication, constructive feedback, and protecting the reputation we have built through consistent integrity and follow-through.

Show Up Shiny

Energy, enthusiasm, optimism, and bold ideas matter here. We lead by example, bring positivity into our work, and create experiences that clients and teammates genuinely enjoy being part of. We show up fully and bring our best every day.

The Role

The Marketing Coordinator will serve as the Account Manager for Kee Hart Marketing's own brand and marketing ecosystem.

You will work closely with KHM's founder and marketing team to help plan, coordinate, create, execute, and improve the marketing that grows the company.

This role is a unique combination of:

marketing + project management + content + technology + events + creative problem-solving.

Our founder is highly involved in the brand and serves as one of the primary faces of the company. The right person will genuinely enjoy working closely with a high-energy entrepreneur who generates ideas quickly, creates a lot of content, and wants someone who can help turn those ideas into organized, strategic marketing initiatives.

You'll be expected to bring structure to creativity without removing the creativity.

KHM has an active marketing ecosystem that includes social media, email marketing, paid advertising, webinars, podcasts, events, partnerships, digital products, a growing personal brand, and our own annual industry conference.

We are looking for someone who is excited to help bring all of those pieces together.

This is not a role for someone who wants to simply receive a list of tasks and check them off. We are looking for someone who is organized enough to keep marketing moving, creative enough to bring new ideas to the table, and curious enough to continually ask:

How could we make this better?

What You'll Be Responsible ForKHM Brand & Social Media

Think of Kee Hart Marketing as your account.

You will help manage KHM's social media presence with the same care and strategic thinking we expect for our clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Help develop and manage KHM's social media strategy
  • Ensure content follows KHM's 3S Framework
  • Manage the KHM content calendar
  • Write and/or coordinate social copy
  • Coordinate graphics and video content with the creative team
  • Review analytics and identify what's working
  • Stay aware of social trends, platform changes, and emerging content opportunities
  • Help brainstorm new video concepts and content angles
  • Support engagement and community-building efforts
  • Manage light Google Business Profile activity, including keeping information and content current
  • Look for ways to continually increase KHM's visibility and authority

We want someone who genuinely enjoys social media, branding, content, and figuring out why certain ideas capture attention.

Email Marketing

Email is an important part of KHM's marketing ecosystem, and this role will help keep it consistent and growing.

You will:

  • Write weekly KHM marketing emails
  • Maintain the email marketing calendar and cadence
  • Help develop promotional email campaigns
  • Build and update nurture sequences and automations
  • Monitor basic email performance, including deliverability, opens, clicks, and conversions
  • Help segment and grow our email list
  • Identify opportunities to connect email with social, webinars, events, lead magnets, and other campaigns

GoHighLevel, Landing Pages & Automations

This person will become one of the internal go-to people for KHM's marketing technology.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Building landing pages
  • Creating forms
  • Building workflows and automations
  • Setting up webinar registration funnels
  • Creating email campaigns and sequences
  • Connecting lead magnets and offers to appropriate nurture campaigns
  • Testing funnels and automations before launch
  • Maintaining existing KHM funnels and marketing systems

GoHighLevel experience is a plus, but not required. We can teach the platform.

We're more interested in someone who is comfortable with technology, learns quickly, and isn't intimidated by figuring out a new system.

Experience with AI-assisted website building or vibe coding is also a major plus, but can be taught.

Webinars & Digital Events

KHM regularly hosts webinars and participates in online events as part of our visibility strategy.

You will help:

  • Maintain the webinar calendar
  • Coordinate guests and collaborations
  • Build registration pages and automations
  • Coordinate emails, social content, graphics, and paid ads
  • Attend KHM-hosted webinars
  • Attend select webinars and digital events where our founder is speaking
  • Support the event while it's happening
  • Make sure follow-up marketing happens afterward
  • Review performance and identify ways to improve future webinars

The Growth Experience Conference

KHM hosts its own industry conference, and this role will play an active part in bringing that experience to life.

Conference responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and updating the conference website
  • Maintaining conference marketing timelines
  • Helping manage ongoing conference planning tasks
  • Coordinating speakers, sponsors, vendors, and marketing assets as needed
  • Supporting ticket-sale campaigns
  • Coordinating conference email marketing
  • Coordinating organic social and paid promotion
  • Helping develop collaborations and promotional partnerships
  • Supporting attendee communications and experience
  • Helping plan event signage, swag, printed assets, and brand touchpoints
  • Identifying creative ways to increase conference visibility and ticket sales
  • Attending and actively supporting the conference in person

This is an ongoing initiative throughout the year, not simply a project that begins a few weeks before the event.

Website & Digital Presence

You will help keep KHM's digital presence current and relevant by:

  • Reviewing and updating website content
  • Adding case studies
  • Publishing blogs and resources
  • Updating offers and service pages
  • Identifying outdated messaging or information
  • Helping improve landing pages
  • Reviewing the website regularly through the eyes of a prospective client
  • Working with leadership to identify larger quarterly website improvements

Campaigns, Offers & Lead Generation

You will help bring KHM campaigns from idea to execution.

That could include:

  • Lead magnets
  • Webinars
  • Digital products
  • New service launches
  • Membership and program launches
  • Referral campaigns
  • Partnerships
  • Paid social campaigns

You'll help determine what assets are needed, establish timelines, coordinate the people involved, and make sure the entire campaign gets across the finish line.

Marketing Project Management

You will:

  • Maintain KHM's yearly and quarterly marketing calendars
  • Manage marketing projects in Asana
  • Own timelines and deadlines
  • Coordinate across social, email, ads, design, video, events, and leadership
  • Identify missing assets or potential delays before they become problems
  • Follow up with team members
  • Help turn ideas into actionable projects
  • Keep leadership informed about what's coming, what's moving, and what's stuck
  • Attend the weekly Marketing & Sales L10

You aren't expected to personally execute every piece of KHM marketing.

You are expected to care whether every piece gets done.

Events & Travel

KHM is highly involved in the home services industry, and some of our biggest visibility opportunities happen in person.

This role will participate in KHM-hosted virtual events and select industry events throughout the year.

You should expect approximately 1–2 required in-person work trips annually, including KHM's own conference, with the possibility of additional travel as the company continues to grow.

At events, you'll do more than simply attend. You'll help us think strategically about how KHM shows up: the booth, experience, content, CTA, follow-up, relationships, dinners, partnerships, speaking opportunities, and ways we can make the most of being there.

What Makes Someone Great in This Role

  • Gets excited about making an idea better
  • Notices when something is missing without being told
  • Can take a loose idea and turn it into a plan
  • Is comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Doesn't need every step documented before beginning
  • Is tech-savvy and willing to figure things out
  • Can manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Enjoys working closely with an entrepreneurial founder
  • Is comfortable with changing priorities in a growing company
  • Brings solutions instead of simply identifying problems
  • Is curious about analytics and uses data to improve marketing

  • Has the confidence to say, "I think we could do this better."
