About Kirby South East Asi

aKirby South East Asia started its operation in 2008 with its 50,000 MT annual capacity plant in Vietnam. In its few years of operation Kirby SEA has designed and supplied various buildings in Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Australia, Bangladesh and Myanmar markets. Kirby South East Asia is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kirby International.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Activities:

· Support the execution and maintenance of digital marketing activities, including website, SEO, social media, online advertising and email marketing.

· Support content preparation, scheduling and basic visual/video production for company communication channels.

Marketing Materials:

· Prepare and adapt brochures, presentations, company profiles, exhibition materials and other marketing assets.

· Maintain marketing materials, promotional items and customer gifts inventory.

Event Execution:

· Support exhibitions, seminars, customer visits and other company events, including materials, registration, logistics and post-event follow-up.

Market Research & Data Support:

· Conduct basic market, industry and competitor research and consolidate findings.

· Maintain marketing databases, CRM records, campaign trackers and monthly performance data.

Sales Support:

· Support the Sales Team with marketing materials, customer/project information and lead follow-up tracking.

Project Coordination:

· Coordinate with internal departments, regional teams and external suppliers on assigned marketing activities.

· Follow up on tasks, timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

Internal Marketing:

· Support internal communication, branding materials and employee/company activities.

General Marketing Support:

· Maintain organized marketing files, templates and digital assets.

· Support other marketing activities and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualification

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Design or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant working experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing or a related position.
• Proficient in Canva/Capcut and MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and/or video editing is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of website management and SEO is an advantage.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Good communication, coordination and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Able to independently execute assigned tasks after receiving clear instructions.
• B2B or industrial marketing experience is an advantage
• English communication proficiency and local language proficiency.
