At Boutiqaat, we’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is organized, curious, proactive, and excited by the fast-moving world of marketing. You’ll be at the heart of our marketing activities connecting teams, coordinating campaigns, supporting influencers and celebrities, keeping an eye on social media trends, and making sure every detail moves forward on time.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to learn, create, coordinate, and grow across different areas of marketing.

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Coordinate marketing requirements and information to keep activities moving smoothly.

· Work with relevant teams on purchasing requirements for campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities.

· Coordinate requirements related to celebrity and influencer activities.

· Keep track of approvals, campaign materials, timelines, and outstanding actions.

· Follow up with stakeholders and ensure tasks are completed on time.

· Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activities.

· Coordinate marketing materials, presentations, promotional content, and campaign requirements.

· Track campaign deliverables, timelines, and execution requirements.

· Assist with events, exhibitions, launches, and promotional activities.

· Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support successful campaigns.

· Keep clear and organized records of campaigns, materials, and requirements.

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, activities, and opportunities.

· Monitor relevant social media channels and share updates on content, customer engagement, and emerging trends.

· Support influencer and celebrity marketing activities, including content coordination and follow-ups.

· Track digital and social media activities and flag trends or issues that need attention.

· Help identify new digital and social media opportunities.

· Maintain organized databases of influencers, campaigns, marketing contacts, and social media activities.

· Track campaign activities and performance using available marketing tools and platforms.

· Collect campaign data, social media information, and relevant marketing metrics.

· Prepare campaign updates and marketing activity reports.

· Support the review of campaign results and identify areas for improvement.

· Keep marketing databases accurate and up to date.

· Provide information and insights to support marketing planning and decision-making.

· Provide administrative support for marketing projects, campaigns, events, and promotions.

· Maintain organized marketing files, presentations, databases, documents, and supporting materials.

· Coordinate meetings, schedules, correspondence, and other marketing requirements.

· Follow up on pending tasks, approvals, documents, and project requirements.

· Manage multiple marketing activities while keeping deadlines on track.

· Support additional marketing coordination needs as the business evolves.

What You Bring to the Table:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is an advantage.

· 0–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a related field is preferred.

· Experience supporting marketing campaigns, social media activities, or influencer initiatives is an advantage.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

· Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

· Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools is an advantage.

· Fluent in English and Arabic.

· Understands the fundamentals of marketing, digital marketing, social media, and influencer activities.

· Enjoys coordinating with people, projects, and moving parts.

· Communicates clearly and builds positive relationships with different stakeholders.

· Is highly organized and great at follow-up.

· Has strong research and analytical skills.

· Pay attention to the details without losing sight of the bigger picture.

· Can juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.

· Is proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.

· Is excited to develop new marketing, digital, and creative skills.
