Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, professional, and relationship-driven Marketing Coordinator to help grow our medical practice through outreach to personal injury attorneys, law firms, chiropractors, and other community referral partners throughout the Las Vegas/Henderson area. The Marketing Coordinator will represent our clinic in the community, build strong professional relationships, and increase awareness of our medical services among professionals who work with individuals injured in automobile accidents and other personal injury matters.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, comfortable communicating with professionals, and able to confidently explain the services and benefits of our medical practice. This position also requires strong administrative and computer skills to track outreach, maintain referral contacts, follow up with prospective partners, and support general marketing activities.

Responsibilities

· Market and promote the medical practice to personal injury attorneys, law firms, chiropractors, and other potential referral partners.

· Develop and maintain professional relationships with attorneys, chiropractic offices, legal staff, case managers, and community partners.

· Conduct in-person visits to law firms, chiropractic offices, networking events, and other organizations throughout the Las Vegas/Henderson area.

· Introduce the practice, explain available medical services, and communicate how the clinic can assist patients who have been injured in automobile accidents or other personal injury incidents.

· Schedule and conduct follow-up calls, emails, office visits, and meetings with prospective and existing professional contacts.

· Maintain an organized database of attorneys, chiropractors, referral sources, contacts, meetings, and follow-up activities.

· Track marketing activity, referral trends, relationship development, and outreach results.

· Assist with creating and distributing marketing materials, brochures, flyers, emails, and other promotional information.

· Represent the medical practice professionally at networking events, community events, meetings, and professional gatherings.

· Coordinate lunches, office visits, presentations, and other relationship-building opportunities when appropriate.

· Work closely with clinic leadership and staff to ensure prospective referral partners receive accurate information regarding available medical services.

· Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements and all applicable professional, legal, and ethical standards.

· Assist with answering multi-line phones and general office responsibilities when needed.

· Perform additional marketing and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Medical office experience.

· Marketing, business development, outreach, sales, or professional relationship-building experience.

· Excellent computer skills.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

· Experience working with multi-line telephone systems.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

· Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple contacts and priorities.

· Professional appearance and demeanor.

· Comfortable meeting new people and developing professional business relationships.

· Ability to work independently while also working effectively as part of a medical office team.

· Dependable, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

· Travel throughout the Las Vegas/Henderson area is required; candidates must have reliable transportation.

Preferred Experience

· Previous experience working with a medical practice, personal injury clinic, chiropractic office, law firm, or attorney referral network.

· Familiarity with personal injury cases and patients receiving medical care following automobile accidents.

· Experience with CRM systems, contact databases, spreadsheets, or referral tracking systems.

· Knowledge of the Las Vegas and Henderson professional and healthcare communities.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate enjoys meeting people and building long-term professional relationships. This person should be comfortable walking into an attorney's office or chiropractic practice, introducing themselves and our clinic, explaining our services, and developing relationships that keep our medical practice top of mind when injured individuals need medical care.

Successful marketing in this role is more than handing out brochures. It requires consistent communication, professional follow-up, relationship development, excellent customer service, and measurable results.

Work Location

Henderson, Nevada

This position involves both office-based responsibilities and required community travel for outreach to attorneys, chiropractors, law firms, and other professional organizations throughout the Las Vegas/Henderson area. Reliable transportation is required, and mileage is reimbursed for approved business-related travel.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
