Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the company's property marketing activities across online property portals and digital platforms.

The role involves visiting company properties and available units, capturing high-quality photos and property information, coordinating property listings, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date content across platforms such as Bayut, Property Finder, and other relevant property and digital applications.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working both in the office and in the field, have good knowledge of online platforms and digital marketing tools, and be confident using technology and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit company properties and available units to capture clear and professional photos and videos for marketing purposes.
• Coordinate the collection of accurate property information, specifications, amenities, and availability details.
• Create, update, and maintain property listings on Bayut, Property Finder, and other relevant online platforms.
• Ensure property listings contain accurate descriptions, photographs, pricing information, availability, and other required details.
• Monitor online property advertisements and coordinate updates, corrections, and removal of unavailable listings.
• Assist with planning and coordinating online marketing campaigns and digital promotions.
• Monitor the performance and visibility of online listings and provide basic reports or updates to the marketing team.
• Maintain organized digital files of property photographs, videos, marketing materials, and listing information.
• Assist with social media content and other digital marketing activities related to company properties.
• Work with leasing, property management, and other internal teams to obtain updated property information.
• Stay familiar with new property portals, e-commerce platforms, digital tools, mobile applications, and emerging technologies relevant to online marketing.
• Perform regular field visits as required to support property marketing and ensure that online information accurately reflects current property conditions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, property marketing, real estate marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience managing online listings or digital platforms such as Bayut, Property Finder, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Good understanding of online campaigns, social media platforms, e-commerce applications, and digital marketing tools.
• Comfortable using smartphones, computers, online platforms, mobile applications, and other technology used for marketing activities.
• Good photography skills and an eye for presenting properties professionally.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel between company properties when required.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car are required, as the position involves regular visits to company properties and units.
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
• Candidates should be able to work effectively in a field-and-office based role.
