Position Summary Supports business development, workforce initiatives, and marketing activities by coordinating proposals, events, outreach efforts, and communication strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with proposal preparation, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate workforce development and community outreach initiatives.
• Maintain marketing databases, project information, and branding standards.
• Support social media, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
• Track business development opportunities and client communications.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.
• Experience in marketing coordination, proposal management, or workforce development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Office and occasional field/event work requiring travel, standing, and lifting materials up to 20 pounds.

Travel is required must possess a valid driver's license
