What they need
To work closely with the forwarder, customers, and relevant government authorities for shipment procedures.
Manage and handle shipment operation includes import, export customer service etc.
To follow up on sales activities and schedules.
To issue Sales Order/ Sales Instruction and Invoice
Compile and monitor weekly report
To monitor services delivery
To handle and solve customer complaints.
Interface between customers, marketing team & Logistics Department on customer needs and requirements
Monitor delivery schedule with Logistic team.
Requirement:
- The candidate must possess minimum Diploma in Marketing or Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia or equivalent.
- Atleast 2 years working experience in Marketing/ Business Development field.
- Skilled required: Computer Skills (Microsoft office etc), good communication skill, Good writing skills.
- Possess knowledge in AutoCount Accounting system.
- Language: Fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu & Mandariin. Competency in Japanese language is an added advantage.
Location: Krubong, Melaka.
