Overview
HOH is seeking a detailed oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a minimum of two years of experience developing high-quality proposal responses and presentations for both public and private sector clients. The Marketing Coordinator plays an integral role within the firm, working closely with technical staff to strategically present HOH’s capabilities while ensuring alignment with client expectations and requirements. The successful candidate will be dependable, highly organized, a quick learner, and an effective communicator.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and produce RFQ/RFP responses, including proposals, SOQs/SOIs, and interviews materials.

· Manage proposal schedules, deliverables, deadlines and compliance requirements.

· Draft, edit, and format proposal narratives for clarity, consistency, and alignment.

· Coordinate with technical staff and subconsultants to gather content.

· Collaborate with marketing staff to develop and maintain staff resumes, project descriptions, and technical qualifications.

· Maintain organized electronic filing systems.

· Maintain and update firm’s CRM system, including clients, pursuits, contacts, consultants, and project data.

· Assist in managing and updating the firm’s social media platform.

Attend industry networking and professional events.

Qualifications

• Experience in A/E/C marketing required.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with public-sector procurement processes.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
