Encore Sotheby’s International Realty is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our in-house marketing team. This role supports our real estate advisors and company-wide marketing initiatives across Central and Northern Indiana.

The ideal candidate combines strong graphic design skills with excellent organization, communication and attention to detail. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, proactively moves projects forward and consistently delivers polished, accurate work.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role works collaboratively with our marketing and operations teams and directly with real estate advisors throughout the company.

What You’ll Do

• Create polished print and digital marketing materials for property listings and advisor requests, including property and agent brochures, flyers, postcards, email marketing, signage, advertisements and other collateral
• Manage marketing projects from request through approval and final production, communicating directly with advisors throughout the process
• Select and organize property photography and assist with property descriptions, headlines and marketing copy
• Support recurring advisor marketing campaigns and custom projects
• Design and execute company marketing materials and initiatives, including market reports, e-newsletters, blogs, events and company communications
• Contribute ideas for new campaigns, content and marketing opportunities, including social media support as needed
• Maintain brand standards and carefully proof materials for accuracy, consistency and visual quality

What We’re Looking For

• Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong visual judgment
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Proactive, resourceful approach with strong ownership and follow-through
• Sound judgment and confidence working independently while seeking clarification when needed
• Strong written communication, proofreading and light copywriting skills
• Ability to receive feedback, apply it consistently and adapt as priorities change
• Professional, collaborative approach and commitment to excellent internal customer service
• Canva, video creation and real estate, luxury or professional-services marketing experience are a plus
• Availability to work in an office setting Monday through Friday

Pay: $44,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
