Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing activities. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure marketing campaigns and promotional activities are completed effectively and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support day-to-day marketing activities and campaigns.
• Assist in planning and executing online and offline marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Communicate with external vendors, agencies, and service providers.
• Prepare and coordinate marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and promotional content.
• Support social media, email marketing, digital campaigns, and other promotional activities.
• Coordinate events, seminars, exhibitions, promotional programs, and other marketing activities.
• Maintain records of marketing activities, leads, campaigns, and expenses.
• Collect and organize marketing data and prepare regular reports for management.
• Monitor campaign schedules and ensure activities are completed within deadlines.
• Assist in market research and competitor activity tracking.
• Coordinate with the sales/admissions team for lead follow-ups and campaign-related requirements.
• Handle marketing-related correspondence, emails, and documentation.
• Support the marketing team in achieving lead-generation and promotional objectives.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
