MARKETING COORDINATOR

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Product & Marketing team.
• Assist in preparing product presentations, marketing materials, reports, and other documents.
• Coordinate schedules for product demonstrations, training sessions, meetings, and other activities.
• Assist in organizing product-related documents and files.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external clients when necessary.
• Assist in creating basic marketing materials, presentations, and layouts.
• Support the team in preparing promotional materials for products and events.
• Monitor and follow up on assigned tasks and requests.
• Perform other administrative and coordination duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA), preferably major in Marketing.

• Knowledge of basic graphic design and layout is required.

• Familiarity with Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative and willing to learn new skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Candidates with a portfolio of previous work such as posters, social media materials, presentations, video edits, or other graphic/layout projects are highly preferred.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Monday - Thursday | 8:00AM - 6:00PM
• Friday | 8:00AM - 5:00PM
