Marketing Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing strategies for clinic services and pharmacy products
• Promote consultations, check-ups, and available medicines to increase patient flow and

sales

• Manage official social media pages (Facebook, etc.) for updates, promotions, and

announcements

• Create marketing materials such as posters, flyers, and digital content using Canva or

similar tools

• Coordinate with doctors, clinic staff, and pharmacy team for marketing campaigns and

promotions

• Respond to online inquiries regarding services, schedules, and medicine availability
• Monitor and report marketing performance (inquiries, engagement, patient visits, and

sales impact)

• Assist in organizing health campaigns, clinic promotions, and outreach activities
• Coordinate with suppliers or partners for promotional materials and campaign needs
• Ensure all marketing outputs follow clinic branding and professional healthcare

standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related course
• With experience in marketing (clinic, hospital, or pharmacy experience is an advantage)
• Strong knowledge of social media management (especially Facebook)
• Skilled in Canva or similar tools for designing marketing materials
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Creative, proactive, and results-oriented
• Organized and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Willing to work in a healthcare/clinic environment
• Team player with good coordination skills
• Basic knowledge in marketing analytics or reporting is an advantage
