Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in managing the referral process and building strong relationships with physicians, assisted living facilities, hospitals, and community partners. This role ensures individuals who need therapy or home health services are connected quickly, accurately, and compassionately to the care they deserve.

Responsibilities

• Research the purchasing habits and behaviors of our target market
• Create and implement marketing campaigns
• Track and report on online marketing activities
• Identify, research, and report on competitors
• Collect and analyze sales data, prepare reports, and present to management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and community partners
• Initiate and expand referral networks to support company growth Represent Concept Therapy professionally during outreach visits, events, and meetings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred
• One year of experience in home health, healthcare marketing, case management, or a combination of each
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
• Valid driver’s license required
• Knowledge of therapy or home health services preferred but not required
  Previous experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar position
