The Paradox Sydney is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to help shape our brand voice and captivate travellers from around the corner and across the globe. If you live and breathe social media, love crafting compelling digital stories, and have an eye for high-quality print design, we want to hear from you.

Working directly with our Marketing Manager and Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be a driving force behind campaigns that turn curious onlookers into lifelong guests.

• Amplify Our Voice: Promote The Paradox Sydney’s unique brand identity and immersive guest experiences across digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Fuel the Campaigns: Support the Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and analyzing high-impact marketing campaigns.
• Guard the Brand: Maintain flawless brand consistency across every touchpoint, ensuring our visuals and messaging are always on-point.
• Innovate Constantly: Bring fresh, creative strategies to the table to attract both local and international customers.
