Role Overview

Mackly is looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to coordinate and execute marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels. The role requires close collaboration with external marketing agencies, internal teams, and vendors to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and delivered within timelines.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong project coordination abilities, and the confidence to manage multiple stakeholders, track deliverables, and ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Agency Management: Coordinate with external agencies handling digital marketing, social media, creative design, PR, and other marketing activities.
• Campaign Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels in line with brand objectives.
• Internal Team Coordination: Work closely with design, content, e-commerce, sales, and other teams to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
• Marketing Calendar Management: Develop and maintain the marketing calendar, track campaign schedules, and ensure timely completion of planned activities.
• Project & Deliverable Tracking: Monitor ongoing marketing projects, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure agencies and internal teams meet agreed deadlines.
• Performance Reporting: Collect campaign data, prepare reports, track key marketing metrics, and support performance reviews.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors, manage quotations and deliverables, and ensure smooth execution of marketing requirements.
• Brand Building: Contribute ideas for campaigns, promotions, brand awareness, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Marketing Operations: Maintain campaign documentation, budgets, reports, and other marketing-related records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign management, or agency management.
• Excellent English communication skills — both written and spoken — are mandatory.
• Proven ability to coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, and campaign execution.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for maintaining trackers, budgets, and reports.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely execution.
• Proactive approach, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently coordinating marketing activities, managing agency deliverables, maintaining campaign timelines, and ensuring accountability across teams. The candidate should be organized, communicative, and focused on getting marketing initiatives executed efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
