Position Title: Marketing Coordinator – Healthcare Services  Job Type: Full-Time  Compensation: $30,000 base, Commission Based + PFP  Driving growth through strategic healthcare marketing!  Background check will be required

We at Pantheon Health System are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our expanding team. 

Pantheon is looking for an individual to help expand our services throughout Oklahoma City. We have a primary care clinic in Edmond, which will be offering Urgent care services soon, we also offer Durable Medical Equipment services. We want to spread the word of Pantheon health System and gain contracts with individuals who can utilize our services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote healthcare services across multiple service lines
• Coordinate digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, and website updates
• Assist in creating marketing materials such as flyers, presentations, and internal communications
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to align marketing initiatives with service offerings
• Support brand development and ensure consistency across all platforms
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve engagement and growth
• Assist with recruitment marketing efforts including job postings and provider outreach
• Manage relationships with external vendors, partners, and platforms as needed
• Contribute to community outreach and partnership initiatives to expand market presence

Qualifications

• Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in marketing, preferably within healthcare or a related industry
