Working closely with senior leadership, you'll have the freedom to bring ideas to life, improve existing processes and make a tangible impact across the business.

The Role

• Coordinate end-to-end property marketing campaigns, including brochures, signboards, digital advertising and social media.
• Create engaging content across digital channels, maintaining a consistent and professional brand presence.
• Leverage AI and design tools to develop fresh creative ideas, improve efficiency and streamline marketing processes.
• Manage property photography, floor plans, advertising budgets and campaign deadlines.
• Maintain website listings, agent profiles and marketing collateral, ensuring all content is accurate, engaging and on-brand.

About You

• 2+ years' experience in marketing, ideally within real estate, property or a creative environment.
• Confident using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and digital marketing tools, with an interest in AI and emerging technology.
• Creative, proactive and full of ideas, with the confidence to turn them into action.
• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively while taking ownership of their work.
