The Role
We're looking for a socially savvy, hands-on Marketing Coordinator to support a portfolio of some of New Zealand's best-loved brands, including Hubbards, Vitasport, Aunt Betty's and Movenpick.

Working alongside experienced Brand Managers, you'll help bring campaigns to life across content creation, social media, influencer activity, product launches, sampling, events and in-store activations. You'll create content, manage channels, spot emerging trends and help grow engagement across our brands.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants real exposure to FMCG marketing, brand management, innovation and new product development.

What you’ll bring:

• Around 1-2 years' experience in marketing, social media or a related role, ideally within FMCG, food, retail or another consumer-facing category.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Reels and emerging social trends.
• Experience with TikTok and Meta Ads Manager.
• Exposure to Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite or Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus.
• Understanding of influencer marketing, PR, partnerships, events and brand activations.
• Confidence creating social-first content, including filming, editing short-form video, writing engaging captions and spotting trend-led opportunities.
• Collaborative, proactive and willing to get stuck in wherever needed.
• Experience supporting e-commerce or D2C websites would be a bonus.
• Basic understanding of digital campaign performance and reporting.
• Competent Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working across internal teams, agencies, creators and other external partners.
• Genuine interest in food, consumer trends and product development.
