Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and promote event packages, products, and services.
• Handle client inquiries, proposals, quotations, and bookings.
• Coordinate event requirements with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Assist in planning and executing events and functions.
• Maintain client relationships and conduct follow-ups.
• Monitor sales activities and prepare basic sales/event reports.
• Address client concerns and ensure smooth event execution.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Events Management, or related field.
• With sales, events, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
