Marketing Coordinator

Our client, a NJ-based law firm, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with strong written and verbal communication skills to support marketing efforts and execute on a diverse range of projects. This role is perfect for individuals early in their marketing careers who are eager to gain hands-on experience, develop valuable skills, and grow professionally. Collaborating with leadership and marketing partners, you will help coordinate initiatives, manage projects from inception to completion, and ensure the delivery of high-quality work. This role is 5 days / week onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Manage leads and intakes to track new cases
• Coordinate and execute marketing projects from planning through completion
• Assist with website updates, social media, and digital marketing initiatives
• Create, edit, and proofread marketing materials and communications
• Organize sponsorships, events, and community outreach activities
• Research marketing trends, competitors, and new opportunities
• Track project progress and help ensure deadlines are met
• Perform a variety of marketing and administrative tasks that support business development efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
• At least 1 year of marketing experience, preferably in a legal, professional services, consulting or B2B environment
• Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Comfortable learning new software and technology
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, social media platforms, or AI productivity tools is a plus
