Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly capable and results-driven Marketing Coordinator with a strong background in email/SMS marketing, campaign execution, data management, and real estate/mortgage industry experience. This role is not about content creation or creative design but about precision, execution, compliance, and leveraging existing tools to optimize performance.

The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy marketing operator who understands the power of automation, data-driven campaigns, and can maintain data integrity across systems while supporting a fast-paced mortgage-focused organization.

Marketing OperationsLeverage and manage existing marketing systems and tools— “plug and play” without needing to build from scratch.

Customize marketing templates (flyers, jpeg and video materials, emails, SMS) by updating market-specific stats and messagingto match targeted audiences.

Execute SMS and email marketing campaigns, including drip sequences, on schedule and withincompliance standards.

Monitor and adjust campaign performance using KPIs, open rates, CTRs, and conversion metrics.

Data ComplianceConduct data clean-up, maintenance, and segmentation to ensure accuracy and consistency across CRM systems.

Maintain data integrity in all marketing efforts, adhering to company policies and industry regulationsEnsure all marketing materials and strategies are compliant with mortgage industry standards andguidelines.

Technical/AutomationImplement and optimize workflows using marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations.

Work with APIs to connect marketing platforms and ensure seamless communication betweensystems.

Troubleshoot system errors or marketing logic issues across tools and campaigns.

Strategic SupportProvide tactical input into the planning and execution of marketing strategies tailored to real estateand mortgage audiences.

Identify optimization opportunities across the customer lifecycle—from lead capture to nurture andclose.

Collaborate with loan officers, agents, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with businessobjectives.
