• Role:** The Marketing Coordinator contributes to the obtainment of

CapEds business objectives and mission by implementing and tracking

marketing campaigns across digital channels, in person events, and

in-branch experiences.

**Essential Functions & Responsibilities:**

• Implements and actively monitors marketing campaign assets in all

media channels to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation

and facilitate member engagement.

• Under the guidance of the AVP of Marketing & Creative Services,

functions as the primary contact for all media purchases and

deployment with media partners.

• Tracks internal and external marketing assets and performs asset

lifecycle maintenance activities, such as archiving and asset

expiration. Curates a library of campaign resources for internal

use.

• Develops and generates reports on campaign performance, utilizing

industry standard processes and platforms.

• Serves as the primary administrator of CapEds email platform for

member communication, coordinating with Risk Management to ensure

Opt-In regulations are met and updating processes to meet

compliance.

• Maintains knowledge of all Credit Union products, services, and

promotions.

• Contributes to efficient Credit Union operations by performing other

job-related duties as assigned.
