About Impact Media

We're a Brisbane content and marketing agency. We started in video production and photography, and now run the marketing for a growing list of businesses that want more leads and better content to back it up.

Because we shoot our own content, our marketing team doesn't wait weeks for creative. You'll work alongside a production team that can turn around what your campaigns need.

The role

You'll help run the marketing for a portfolio of client brands at once, working closely with our senior marketing team. Some clients are monthly retainers. Others are campaigns with a clear start and finish. The brands you'll work across include:

• Allied health and physiotherapy clinics
• Skin and beauty clinics
• Legal services
• Real estate and buyer's agencies
• Mortgage broking and finance
• Industrial maintenance, HVAC and building supply
• Training providers and RTOs
• Food and beverage brands
• Commercial office equipment

Each of these businesses speaks to a different customer. A physio clinic and an industrial maintenance company need very different ads, and you'll switch between them in the same afternoon.

What you'll do

• Build, launch and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts
• Keep an eye on spend and cost per lead, and flag what needs changing before it becomes a problem
• Coordinate content between our production team and your campaigns, so the right assets are ready on time
• Pull together monthly reports and help explain results to clients
• Keep your tasks and deadlines on track across every account in your portfolio

What you'll bring

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads. You've set up and run campaigns yourself
• Experience juggling multiple clients or brands at once, ideally in an agency
• Strong time management. You can see a week with eight clients in it and plan your hours without being chased
• Clear communication, written and spoken
• Some results you can show us, even if they're from a smaller account

Nice to have

• GoHighLevel or a similar CRM
• Asana or another project management tool
• Experience in health, property or trades marketing
