You own the execution of marketing campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and CRM data management that drive client and candidate engagement for a recruitment client. Your work combines hands-on digital campaign coordination with practical CRM support and process automation to generate business opportunities and streamline internal workflows.

This is not a purely creative or generalist role. You operate within structured automation platforms, maintain data hygiene across CRM/ATS systems, and are trusted to build reliable, high-converting email journeys and sales sequences. Best suited for self-directed marketing professionals who thrive at the intersection of marketing execution, CRM data, and process technology.

You’re Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

• 2+ years of experience coordinating digital marketing campaigns, sales support initiatives, or CRM-based marketing activity
• Hands-on responsibility building and managing automated workflows, email sequences, and segmented campaigns in platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ActiveCampaign, or Marketo
• Demonstrated experience using CRM data for audience segmentation, prospect list building, and sales pipeline support
• Exposure to B2B marketing, recruitment operations, or professional services environments
• Willingness and setup to work an early morning Australian-aligned shift (5:30 AM–2:30 PM PHT) from a home office in the Philippines

Strong Signals

• Experience with recruitment CRM platforms such as Bullhorn
• Familiarity with outbound sales enablement tools, WordPress, and Canva
• Basic HTML knowledge for email templates or experience with API/webhook integrations

Marketing & Campaign Execution

You own the end-to-end deployment and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across email, web, and branded channels.

• Execute targeted email campaigns, audience segmentation, and content scheduling
• Develop marketing collateral, templates, and digital communications aligned with brand standards
• Track campaign engagement metrics and implement performance improvements

Sales & Pipeline Enablement

You drive outbound prospecting infrastructure and sales support initiatives to generate and nurture leads.

• Build and maintain prospect lists and audience segments using CRM data
• Coordinate outbound email sequences, prospecting campaigns, and follow-up activities
• Track sales campaign conversion and prepare engagement collateral

Automation & Process Optimization

You design and maintain automated workflows that streamline operations and increase team efficiency.

• Build, test, and optimize email journeys, lead nurturing sequences, and conditional logic paths
• Identify manual or repetitive tasks across marketing and recruitment teams and convert them into automated workflows
• Monitor automation reliability and document workflow rules

CRM & System Administration

You safeguard CRM and ATS data integrity to ensure reliable campaign targeting and accurate reporting.

• Maintain audience tagging, segment hygiene, and list standardization
• Perform regular data maintenance, deduplication, and troubleshooting
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on campaign ROI, lead generation, and workflow performance
