Marketing Coordinator

About the Role 

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Marketing Coordinator to support their team. This is a true generalist marketing position, offering variety and autonomy across multiple marketing channels while working closely with the sales team to support lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth. 
  
This is a flexible part-time position of 15 hours per week, ideally worked across Monday to Wednesday. This opportunity would suit an experienced marketing professional seeking flexibility, autonomy, and variety in their work. 
  
Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and coordinate social media content and campaigns
• Create and distribute email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp
• Maintain and update website content and functionality
• Coordinate the development of brochures, promotional materials, and branded assets
• Support sales and marketing initiatives to increase customer engagement and brand awareness
• Monitor marketing activity and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Skills & Experience 

• Proven experience in a marketing coordination, communications, or generalist marketing role
• Hands-on experience across social media, digital marketing, and content creation
• Proficiency with Mailchimp, Canva, website content management systems, and related marketing tools
• Excellent written communication and content development skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
• A proactive and commercially minded approach with a genuine interest in supporting business growth and sales outcomes
