About Scale Marketing
Scale Marketing is a full-service media strategy and data analytics firm that helps businesses make smarter marketing investments and achieve measurable results. We combine media planning and buying, data analytics, creative services, and ongoing optimization to help our clients reach their business goals.
Our team brings together diverse business and media expertise, using customer data and historical media performance to develop smarter strategies and continually improve results. We believe our success starts with how we treat our clients and each other, and we're looking for curious, motivated professionals who want to grow with us.
About the Role
The Account Coordinator is an essential member of Scale Marketing's Client Services team, supporting Account Managers and Strategists with account planning, media execution, and campaign management. This role provides hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of a client's marketing program, from onboarding and research to media placement, campaign monitoring, and billing reconciliation.
As a bridge between client services, media buying, vendors, and finance, you'll help keep projects organized, campaigns on track, and deliverables accurate. You'll work across multiple media channels, including TV, radio, and digital, while developing an understanding of how media strategy, execution, and performance measurement work together.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, analytical, and proactive professional who enjoys managing details, solving problems, and learning how a full-service media agency operates. You'll also have opportunities to leverage AI tools and automation to improve workflows and support planning activities.

Media Planning & Research
- Conduct market, competitive, and audience research using tools such as Media Radar, Scarborough, Claude, and other planning resources.
- Assist with vendor research and media planning activities across television, radio, and digital campaigns.
- Help develop client presentation decks, strategy overviews, and supporting materials, incorporating AI tools and automation where appropriate.
- Organize research and planning information to help Account Managers and Strategists make informed recommendations.
Campaign Execution & Vendor Coordination
- Manage digital campaign insertion orders (IOs) and maintain accurate records of budget changes and campaign optimizations.
- Coordinate creative asset submissions and communicate creative updates to media partners.
- Confirm that media placements are running as ordered and obtain vendor contract confirmations.
- Review client airchecks and other campaign documentation for accuracy.
- Respond to vendor questions during campaign reconciliation and escalate larger issues or decisions to Account Managers and the media buying team.
Billing & Reconciliation
- Partner with Finance to support accurate monthly media billing and reconciliation.
- Compare vendor invoices against client flowcharts, media schedules, and approved placements.
- Investigate billing discrepancies and work with media vendors to identify and resolve issues.

- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve organization, and use technology to work more efficiently.
- Take ownership of assigned projects while remaining flexible to support changing team priorities.
- Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-oriented environment focused on delivering excellent client service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, journalism, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records across multiple accounts and campaigns.
- Analytical thinking, sound judgment, and a willingness to ask questions, learn, and apply feedback.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional approach to client and vendor interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with Google Workspace tools, including Gmail, Sheets, and Docs.
- Technologically savvy, resourceful, and interested in learning how AI tools and automation can improve research, planning, and everyday workflows.
- A proactive, self-directed approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
