Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for hotels and hospitality properties.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, Front Office, and Management teams for marketing requirements.
• Manage and update social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, agencies, and other external vendors.
• Prepare content, captions, promotional messages, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Support hotel promotions, seasonal campaigns, offers, events, and special packages.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and promotional strategies.
• Assist in digital marketing, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and online promotions.
• Coordinate marketing activities across different hotel properties.
• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules, databases, and reports.
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.
