As our Senior Content Writer, you’ll be the creative mind shaping stories that spark attention, build emotion and move audiences to action. You’ll play a key role in crafting ideas that bridge brand strategy and storytelling, turning briefs into bold, compelling narratives.

Job Responsibilities

1. Content Creation

• Develop high-quality, persuasive, and engaging copy across multiple formats: from blog posts and articles to social media content, videos, infographics, and whitepapers.

• Ensure every piece of content reflects the brand’s voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.

• Maintain a strong editorial standard that connects meaningfully with our target audience.

2. Strategy & Concept Development

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize campaigns and bring fresh ideas to life.

• Translate business goals into impactful copy that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion.

• Participate in content planning and creative strategy sessions, helping shape messaging frameworks and audience narratives.

• Contribute to the overall content strategy to ensure brand consistency and creative alignment.

3. Team Leadership

• Mentor and guide junior copywriters, offering constructive feedback to sharpen their craft.

• Review and refine content from the team to ensure quality, clarity, and consistency across all outputs.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with design, marketing, operation, and other teams to ensure all content complements the campaign narrative.

• Work with SEO and other analytics teams to track content performance and apply data-driven insights to refine messaging and creative direction.

5. Project Management

• Take ownership of content deliverables from ideation to publication, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

• Manage and maintain the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of all assets.

• Keep content aligned with campaign timelines, key messages, and marketing priorities.

• Stay ahead of trends and audience insights to keep our content fresh, relevant, and original.

6. Performance Optimization

• Optimize content for SEO, applying best practices to improve visibility and drive traffic.

• Analyze content performance and audience behavior to refine tone, storytelling, and engagement strategies.

• Conduct A/B testing to fine-tune messaging, headlines, and calls-to-action for stronger results.

• Translate content to better reach the intended audience when applicable

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, English or related field.
2. 2 - 5+ years of experience in content writing, copywriting or editorial roles (preferably in an agency or brand setting).
3. Strong portfolio showcasing versatility across formats: long-form, short-form and campaign copy/content
4. Excellent command of English or Mandarin, with an instinct for storytelling and brand tone.
5. Experience in SEO, content strategy and performance-driven writing.
6. Ability to juggle multiple projects and manage timelines independently.
7. Familiarity with social media trends, analytics tools and emerging digital formats is a plus.
8. A collaborative spirit and passion for creating meaningful, idea-driven content.
