Marketing / Course Development Executive (Marketing / Admin / Course Design)

• Position Title: Marketing & Course Development Executive (Full-Time)

• Reports to: Center Principal / Marketing Director

This is a golden, fast-track ticket to mastering elite brand strategy, copywriting, and consumer psychology that you cannot learn in a classroom.

🎯 Job Responsibilities:

• Brand & Social Media (40%): Manage and execute content strategies for our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and Little Red Book/小紅書). Write engaging copy and oversee basic graphic design/video assets.
• Course Planning & Design (40%): Brainstorm and co-create next-generation tutorial products. Translate student pain points into curriculum frameworks (e.g., Exam Blitz Classes, High-Talent Cantonese Programs).
• Daily Operations & Admin (20%): Handle daily administrative tasks related to marketing campaigns, coordinate student course schedules, and maintain up-to-date marketing databases.

👤 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Creative Media, or a related discipline.
• 0-2 years of experience (Fresh graduates with a strong drive to learn are highly welcome).
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• A proactive mindset with a strong interest in the education industry.
