About the role

We are seeking a talented Marketing (Creative) professional to join our team at Nutrition Depot Philippines. This is a full-time position based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a Marketing (Creative) specialist, you will be at the heart of our creative strategy, responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that capture our brand's essence and resonate with our target audience. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately, business growth in the competitive nutrition and wellness sector.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop creative marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, print, social media, and traditional media platforms
• Create compelling visual content, copywriting, and messaging that aligns with Nutrition Depot Philippines' brand identity and marketing objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and digital marketing to ensure cohesive campaign execution
• Oversee the production and quality of creative assets, including graphics, videos, advertisements, and promotional materials
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and creative opportunities within the nutrition and wellness industry
• Manage creative projects from concept through to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations
• Develop creative briefs and present campaign proposals to internal stakeholders and external partners
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimise creative effectiveness and return on investment
• Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and marketing technologies to maintain competitive advantage

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in creative marketing or similar marketing communications role, preferably within the nutrition, wellness, FMCG, or retail sector
• Strong proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software
• Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a portfolio demonstrating innovative campaign concepts and executions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate creative ideas clearly to diverse audiences
• Experience in developing digital marketing content, particularly for social media platforms and e-commerce channels
• Knowledge of current marketing trends, consumer behaviour, and digital marketing best practices
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related discipline
• Proficiency in both English and Filipino is advantageous
• Experience with marketing analytics tools and campaign measurement is preferred
