Marketing Data Analyst | Contract Opportunity

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Data Analyst to support marketing, demand, retail, and business performance reporting. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working with complex data, improving reporting accuracy, and turning insights into action.

Location: Medina/Plymouth, MN (Hybrid — onsite Tuesday–Thursday)

Type: 6-month contract with potential to extend

Schedule: 40 hours/week

What You’ll Do

• Own and enhance Power BI dashboards, datasets, reporting logic, and documentation.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries in Snowflake.
• Validate data, investigate variances, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Partner with analytics, marketing, retail, and data engineering teams to improve data quality and reporting.
• Translate business needs into scalable data and reporting solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a similar data-focused role.
• Strong SQL and large-dataset experience.
• Experience with Snowflake and Power BI; familiarity with DAX, Power Query, and data modeling is a plus.
• A curious, self-starting problem solver with strong attention to detail.
• Marketing or marketing analytics experience is preferred.
