Marketing Director

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Director to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader with expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, demand generation, and team leadership. You will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and high performance.
• Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
• Build and strengthen the Nians brand through strategic positioning and messaging.
• Generate qualified leads and improve customer acquisition through data-driven marketing initiatives.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and present actionable insights.
• Collaborate with sales, design, content, and development teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
• Identify emerging market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
• Establish KPIs and track marketing performance against business objectives.
• Build strategic partnerships and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline marketing channels.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• 6+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in digital marketing, brand management, lead generation, and campaign strategy.
• Proven success in developing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and team development skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign ROI.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
