Marketing Director

We're seeking a seasoned Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts across SUNRISE Resorts & Cruises properties. You'll develop and execute strategic marketing plans, drive brand awareness, and boost revenue growth. Responsibilities Develop and oversee marketing action plans across multiple resorts, aligned with seasonal business objectives and brand positioning Lead coordination of marketing campaigns, photo and video shoots, content production, and promotional activities Act as primary point of contact with PR agencies, media partners, OTA partners, and internal marketing teams Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Revenue, F&B, Operations) to align marketing initiatives with commercial goals Monitor and manage budgets related to marketing projects, campaigns, and content production Analyze campaign performance reports and support development of improvement action plans

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor Degree Experience: 3 5 years Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing or related field Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sectors Proven track record in driving revenue growth and brand awareness Strong project management, campaign coordination, and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel) Familiarity with project management tools and marketing analytics software Hospitality background Experience with digital marketing, social media, and SEO/SEM strategies Strong creative vision and understanding of business objectives
