Marketing Director

We are looking for a h ands-on, data-driven Director of Marketing to own and execute our marketing strategy, with a strong focus on lead generation and pipeline growth.

You will work closely with Sales and Product to create campaigns and content that generate demand, engage prospects, and drive qualified pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Own marketing strategy and execution, with lead generation and pipeline growth as key objectives.
• Plan and execute demand generation campaigns across paid media, email, content, ABM, webinars, and events.
• Create compelling marketing content, including website content, landing pages, customer success stories, one-pagers, campaign assets, and sales enablement materials.
• Own webinars, conferences, and other lead-generation programs.
• Manage and optimize paid acquisition, website performance, SEO/AEO/GEO, and conversion.
• Partner closely with Sales on target accounts, campaigns, and lead follow-up.
• Track and optimize pipeline contribution, conversion rates, CAC, and campaign ROI.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve targeting, content creation, and marketing efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in cybersecurity- MUST
• Proven experience generating qualified leads and pipeline.
• Strong English writing and content creation skills.
• Hands-on experience with paid acquisition, CRM/marketing automation, web analytics, content, webinars, and events.
• Strong analytical skills and a performance-driven mindset.
• Comfortable owning both strategy and hands-on execution in a fast-paced startup environment.
