What they need
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities in Industrial Automation PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Robotics, Panel Building & Turnkey Projects.
- Generate leads through references, cold calls, exhibitions and digital platforms & field visit
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, costing, quotations and presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close orders to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Project teams for smooth project execution.
- Conduct customer presentations, product demos and marketing activities.
- Monitor competitors, market trends and customer requirements.
Required Skills:
- Strong technical sales and proposal preparation experience in Automation / System Integrator / Manufacturing industry.
- Existing customer network in Automobile, Manufacturing and Industrial Automation sectors preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated and customer-focused.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.
Experience: 25 Years in Industrial Automation Industry
Qualification: BE/B.Tech – Mechanical + MBA – Marketing (Mandatory)
