Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Marketing Engineer – Electronics with a strong background in electronics component manufacturing, government client handling, and tender management.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle government clients, PSUs, and defence sector organizations.
• Manage government tender identification, documentation, submission, and follow-ups.
• Develop new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with clients for quotations, negotiations, technical requirements, and order closures.
• Maintain strong business relationships with government departments.
• Candidates who have handled clients such as BDL, HAL, and BEL will be preferred.
• Independently manage marketing and business development activities.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in electronics component manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of government sales and tendering procedures.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Confident, presentable, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
• Ability to handle responsibilities independently.
