Event Details

• Date: 7 and 8 November 2026
• Duration: Approximately 4–5 hours per day
• Venue: Expo Hall

Key Responsibilities

• Roving around the store, event venue, or exhibition booth to actively engage customers and visitors.
• Promoting and repeatedly announcing ongoing special offers, exclusive deals, promotions, product launches, and event activities.
• Encouraging customer participation and purchases through confident, engaging, and persuasive communication.
• Creating an energetic, welcoming, and positive atmosphere for customers, pet owners, and their pets.
• Directing customers to relevant products, services, demonstrations, or promotional activities.
• Assisting in crowd engagement and maintaining high visibility of the Company's promotional campaigns throughout the event.
• Adhering to all event guidelines, safety requirements, and instructions provided by the Company's representatives.

Requirements

• Confident and outgoing personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Clear and articulate speaking ability.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to assigned duties.
• Ability to engage members of the public professionally and enthusiastically.
• Experience in retail promotions, roadshows, exhibitions, sales activations, or event hosting is preferred.
• Interest in pets and the pet industry will be an added advantage.
