About the role

Marketing Executive position at PT. Global Success chain, based in Sidoarjo. The role involves executing the company's marketing strategy across direct and digital channels, developing new customer prospects, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Execute company marketing strategy (direct and digital)
• Identify and develop new customer prospects
• Maintain and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Conduct presentations and offer products/services to customers
• Plan marketing and digital marketing team activities on a regular basis
• Analyze market needs and competitor activities
• Achieve established sales and marketing targets
• Prepare activity reports and marketing results regularly
• Coordinate with relevant teams in creating promotional materials
• Help increase awareness and positive image of products and the company

Qualification

• Minimum D3/S1 education, preferably in Marketing, Management, Business, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years experience as Marketing/Sales/Business Development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Target and results-oriented
• Able to work independently and in teams
• Ability to build relationships with customers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Personal vehicle and driving license (A/C) is an advantage
• Able to identify and develop new markets
• Willing to travel for business visits and customer visits as needed
