Marketing Executive (5-day work)

About the role

Drive business growth by building strong customer relationships and collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage digital advertising campaigns and create engaging content across various digital marketing platforms, including Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis, and monitor campaign performance and market trends.
• Assist in preparing marketing performance reports and insights.
• Perform ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in marketing. Experience gained from a marketing agency is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms; knowledge of China's social media landscape is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive team player with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Fresh graduates with strong passion for marketing will also be considered.
