MARKETING EXECUTIVE & ANALYST

About this role

This position is under Business Development department and involves in managing the marketing development of Sushi Panda outlets throughout Sabah and Sarawak.

Key Responsibilities

i. Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, sales, and business growth.

ii. Manage and maintain the company’s Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital marketing platforms.

iii. Plan, create, and publish engaging marketing content, including photos, videos, promotional materials, social media posts, and campaigns.

iv. Develop creative and relevant content ideas and promotional campaigns aligned with the brand and target market.

v. Monitor social media performance, customer engagement, and campaign results, and provide marketing performance reports and recommendations.

vi. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and new commercial opportunities.

vii. Support business development activities, including identifying potential franchisees, investors, partners, suppliers, landlords, and other business opportunities.

viii. Assist in franchise development and outlet expansion, including market research, site evaluation, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.

ix. Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, investors, suppliers, business partners, landlords, and other stakeholders.

x. Support sales and commercial activities, including lead generation, follow-ups, presentations, negotiations, and partnership development.

xi. Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and business initiatives.

xii. Assist in developing promotional materials, presentations, proposals, and business development documents.

xiii. Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships, collaborations, events, and promotional activities to increase business exposure and revenue.

xiv. Monitor customer feedback and market response, and recommend practical improvements to marketing and business strategies.

xv. Manage multiple marketing and business development projects while ensuring deadlines, budgets, and deliverable are met.

xvi. Support other marketing, business development, and commercial initiatives assigned by management.
