Marketing Executive / Assistant

Responsibilities

• Content & Visual Creation: Produce engaging styling content and short-form videos. Manage social media channels (Instagram, RED) with high-converting, brand-aligned copy.
• Launches & Omnichannel Promotions: Drive integrated promotional campaigns for seasonal drops, product launches, and key sales events.
• Marketing Communications: Execute monthly EDMs, draft press releases, and liaise with shopping mall marketing teams for cross-promotional opportunities, events, and marketing asset submissions.
• KOL & Seeding: Manage KOL partnerships, track campaign performance, and curate high-quality user-generated content (UGC) for brand campaigns.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor fashion trends, rival marketing campaigns, and competitor drops to deliver actionable competitor insights.

Requirements:

• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related discipline, with strong aesthetic taste and trend sensitivity.
• Technical Skills: Photography, image/video editing tools, and familiarity with CRM / email marketing platforms.
• Power Skills: Excellent written and verbal PR communication skills, meticulous task management, swift cross-channel coordination, and the ability to thrive under tight fashion launch deadlines.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, PR, or related fields.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Sensitive to market trends with strong online marketing sense.
• Passionate about marketing, social media, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and retail brands.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
