主要工作内容 | Key Responsibilities

• 协助执行马来西亚市场推广计划，包括线上及线下活动。
  Assist in executing marketing campaigns and activities in Malaysia, both online and offline.
• 协助维护市场合作资源及合作伙伴关系。
  Assist in maintaining marketing resources and relationships with partners.
• 跟进线上及线下活动的执行与落地。
  Follow up on the execution and completion of online and offline marketing activities.
• 跟进合作方沟通、活动排期及执行进度。
  Communicate with partners and follow up on event schedules and execution progress.
• 收集并整理活动数据，包括下载、注册、用户转化及渠道反馈。
  Collect and organize marketing data, including downloads, registrations, user conversions, and channel feedback.
• 协助市场负责人完成其他日常市场运营及执行工作。
  Assist the Marketing Lead with other day-to-day marketing operations and execution tasks.

我们希望你 | Requirements

• 大专或本科及以上学历，市场营销、商业、传播或相关专业优先，应届毕业生亦可。
  Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 中文沟通流利，具备基本英文沟通能力。
  Fluent in Chinese with basic English communication skills.
• 性格积极主动，愿意与不同的人沟通。
  Proactive and willing to communicate with different people.
• 执行力强，能够将交代的事情跟进到完成。
  Strong execution and follow-up skills, with the ability to take tasks through to completion.
• 做事细心、有责任感，能够处理多项任务。
  Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• 不排斥外出拜访、参加活动及进行线下市场执行。
  Comfortable with travelling, meeting partners, and participating in offline marketing activities.
• 熟悉 TikTok、Instagram、小红书等社交媒体平台者优先。
  Familiarity with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu is an advantage.
• 有校园社团、市场推广、活动执行、BD 或互联网/科技行业经验者优先。
  Experience in campus organizations, marketing, event management, business development, or the internet/technology industry is an advantage.
• 可独立出行者优先。
  Candidates who can travel independently are preferred.
