Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, shop branding, exhibitions, dealer events, and brand activation campaigns.
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue arrangements, vendors, event setup, transportation, permits, and event materials.
• Liaise with internal departments, dealerships, agencies, suppliers, and external partners to ensure smooth event execution.
• Monitor event budgets, quotations, purchase requests, and payment documentation.
• Support the preparation of event proposals, timelines, presentation materials, and post-event reports.
• Coordinate the production and inventory of marketing collateral, promotional merchandise, and event assets.
• Assist in developing creative event concepts and customer engagement activities that strengthen the Nippon Paint brand.
• Conduct site visits before events or shops and ensure all operational requirements are met.
• Monitor event and shop branding performance and collect feedback to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with company branding guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in event management, marketing, brand activation, or a related role.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willing to travel and work on weekends or public holidays when required for events.
