Marketing Executive

SUNRISE Resorts & Cruises is seeking a Marketing Executive to support the day-to-day marketing operations across its Hurghada & Marsa Alam properties. Based on-site, this role covers a broad range of marketing functions from content and digital presence to campaign coordination and partner communications ensuring consistent brand representation and commercial visibility for SUNRISE in one of Egypt's most competitive resort destinations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the digital presence of SUNRISE Hurghada & Marsa Alam properties across all relevant platforms
• Coordinate the creation and scheduling of content across social media channels
• Support the execution of promotional campaigns aligned with seasonal offers and commercial priorities
• Monitor and report on digital performance metrics across social, web, and campaign channels
• Liaise with the central digital marketing team in Cairo to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment
• Assist in the development of marketing collateral for both B2C and B2B use
• Manage relationships with local media, influencers, and content creators
• Coordinate photography and videography shoots at the properties
• Support the preparation of marketing reports and presentations for property management
• Monitor competitor activity within the Hurghada & Marsa Alam market and flag relevant insights

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within hospitality or travel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
• Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools
• Experience with content creation and basic graphic design tools
• Familiarity with analytics platforms and performance reporting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Based in or willing to relocate to Hurghada & Marsa Alam
