Marketing Executive

Role Summary

The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the execution of Tazte's marketing, branding, communications, PR, and merchant activation initiatives. Working closely with the Senior Manager, Partnership & Commercials, the role ensures effective campaign execution, strengthens merchant engagement, and supports user acquisition and retention efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and merchant activation initiatives.

• Coordinate social media content, LinkedIn, and corporate communications.

• Manage relationships with creative agencies, designers, influencers, and vendors.

• Develop marketing materials, merchant collaterals, POSM, and promotional assets.

• Support ATL and BTL marketing activities, including exhibitions, roadshows, and events.

• Coordinate PR, influencer, and community engagement initiatives.

• Work with existing merchants to activate campaigns, increase voucher adoption and drive repeat transactions.

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.

• Support brand awareness and user acquisition initiatives to contribute to GMV growth.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing or campaign execution.

• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience managing social media platforms and marketing agencies is an advantage.

• Creative, proactive and passionate about F&B, lifestyle or digital platforms.
