Marketing Executive

-Execute digital marketing and social media plans
(SEO/SEM/ZMOT) to raise brand awareness and explore business opportunities

Support on planning and implementing integrated and effective ATL & BTL marketing communications and campaigns with detailed annual budget, media and execution plans for promoting brand and seasonal products.

-Communicate with internal (especially working experience with Operations Team) & external parties (KOL, referral program, etc) to drive both all kind of marketing initiatives and digital plans, and analyze effectiveness and ROl according to sales performance;
* Monitor daily metrics, KPIs, and perform insights analysis with actionable improvement plan and optimization;
Manage different digital and social channels (e.g.
Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, WeChat, Website, CRM, EDM, etc.) with regularly driving content generation on the platforms and boosting traffic & engagement of the platform as well.

Have good knowledge and understanding of KOL landscape and diversified marketing tools (including but not limited to SEM, SEO, GDN, Google Analytics, Meta Business/Ads Manager, Ad Tracking) to optimize brand and product awareness and exposure.

Closely monitor and analyze market trends, consumers' preference and competitors' activities to identify opportunities to drive brand growth and keep the marketing strategies up-to-date
