As a global content conversion company, we digitize and process the world’s print, broadcast and online content for the media monitoring and intelligence organizations that rely on it - with more than 400 people across Manila, Bangkok and Copenhagen already making it happen.

Our portfolio includes MT Print, print-media processing at scale; MT Broadcast, broadcast monitoring and transcription; and MT Connect, the B2B marketplace set to transform how buyers and suppliers of international media content do business.

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to take full ownership of Media Track’s marketing and help tell the story of a company reshaping its industry.

Role Description

This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to make their mark. You’ll drive Media Track’s marketing end to end - content, campaigns and brand presence across our corporate and product channels - and you’ll make the calls. You are the final word on marketing decisions, trusted to work independently and move fast without waiting for sign-off.

You’ll report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), with a close line into senior management and commercial stakeholders across the business.

Job Scope

Marketing and Communications

● Own the content that puts Media Track on the map - across our corporate and product channels.

● Write social posts, newsletters, advertising copy and other marketing material that gets noticed.

● Create presentations, social images, videos and campaign assets that bring the brand to life.

● Shape company and product presentations, brand material and digital campaigns.

● Run content and email campaigns through LinkedIn, Zoho CRM and other relevant platforms.

Website Management

● Own Media Track’s corporate and product websites using WordPress and other content-management systems - your platform, your rules.

Sales and Partnership Support

● Arm the Sales Executive with tailored presentations, marketing material and product information.

● Drive partnership meetings, on-boarding activities, announcements and product launches.

Qualifications and Skills

● Experience in marketing, communications, content creation or a related role.

● Excellent written and spoken English.

● Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the confidence to own decisions and act on them.

● Experience with social media, digital campaigns and presentation development.

● Practical experience with Canva, WordPress and CRM platforms such as Zoho.

● Familiarity with AI tools, large language models and prompt-based workflows.

● A self-starter who thrives working independently and coordinating effectively across teams.

Preferred Skills

● Digital illustration or video-editing experience.

● Experience with chatbot or conversational-flow design.
